About ICOE-NET 2026

当前,全球能源转型持续加速,新能源的广泛接入和电力系统的智能化升级已成为能源领域的核心议题。智能电网作为传统电力系统与现代信息通信、自动控制、人工智能等前沿技术深度融合的重要产物,不仅提升了电网的可靠性与灵活性,还为新能源高比例接入、分布式发电、能量存储、多能互补等新型能源体系的建设提供了有力支撑。与此同时,全球碳中和目标的推进和能源互联网概念的提出,也对电力系统的数字化、智能化和绿色低碳发展提出了更高要求。

本次会议旨在聚集世界范围内智能电网与新能源领域的专家学者、企业代表和相关从业人员,交流最新研究成果与工程经验,推动学科交叉与技术创新,加强国际合作,共同应对能源转型过程中的挑战,助力清洁、智能、安全、高效的未来能源系统建设。

At present, the global energy transition is accelerating, with the wide integration of new energy sources and the intelligent upgrading of power systems becoming central topics in the energy sector. Smart grids, as a deep integration of traditional power grids with cutting-edge technologies such as modern information communication, automatic control, and artificial intelligence, have greatly improved the reliability and flexibility of the grid. They also provide vital support for the construction of advanced energy systems, enabling large-scale integration of renewable energy, distributed generation, energy storage, and multi-energy complementary systems. Meanwhile, the pursuit of global carbon neutrality and the rise of the Energy Internet concept have raised new expectations for the digitalization, intelligence, and green development of power systems.

This conference aims to bring together experts, scholars, industry leaders, and practitioners in the field of smart grids and new energy systems worldwide, to exchange the latest research achievements and engineering experience, promote interdisciplinary collaboration and technological innovation, strengthen international cooperation, address challenges during the energy transition, and contribute to the development of clean, intelligent, safe, and efficient future energy systems.

投稿与出版

Submission and Publication

所有的投稿都必须经过至少2位组委会专家审稿,经过严格的审稿之后,最终所有录用的论文将以会议论文集的形式提交 Springer 出版,出版后将提交 EI 数据库收录。

All submissions will undergo a rigorous peer-review process by 2 Technical Program Committee members at least. Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings by Springer and submitted to the EI database for inclusion.

投稿注意事项

Submission Guidelines

  • 所有投稿须为原创、未在其他会议或期刊发表过的研究成果。 (下载论文模板)
  • All submissions must be original research results not previously published in other conferences or journals. (Download Template)
  • 论文须按照模板撰写,英文投稿。
  • Papers must be written in English following the template.
  • 投稿将经过至少两位专家的同行评审,以确保学术质量。
  • Submissions will undergo peer review by at least two experts to ensure academic quality.
  • 被录用且完成注册的论文将由Springer出版,并提交EI数据库收录。
  • Accepted papers with completed registration will be published by Springer, submitted to the EI database for inclusion.
  • 被录用的论文需在大会会场完成展示(张贴海报或口头汇报),才能进入出版流程。
  • Accepted papers must be presented at the conference venue (poster or oral) in order to proceed to the publication process.

口头演讲:Oral Presentation: 申请口头报告,时间为10-15分钟。 Apply for a 10-15 minute oral presentation (Download Template).
海报展示:Poster Presentation: 申请海报展示,A1尺寸,彩色打印。 Apply for a poster presentation (A1 size, color print) (Download Template).
听众参会:Listener: 不投稿仅参会。 Attend the conference without submitting a paper.
